The Electrical Industries Group consistently has frequent need for these positions.

This division is responsible for the operations of Facilities Management, Security and Supply Chain across the three plants.  Additionally, the Office of the CEO holds the executive arm to ensure alignment with the Vision and Mission of the Group.

This Division is responsible for all Accounts Payables, Receivables, Treasury, Payroll, Group Budgeting, Cost and Management Accounting, Inventory Management and IT.

The vision of the HR division is directly aligned to the overall vision of EIG. HR is responsible for the strategic and operational alignment via Training and Development, Performance Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Employee Engagement, IR and compliance, Benefits Administration, Leave Administration, and Group Manpower Management.

The SMS Division is charged with the responsibility of strategic management of the Group via in depth market research, economic analysis and model generation.  SMS is also responsible for the TQM aspect focusing on quality management and strict conformance to BASEC and ISO Standards.

Sales is responsible for driving local and international market sales for the entire group. Marketing is responsible for the strategy, analytics and branding.

Our Manufacturing Division, being the largest, encompasses all three Plants: Lighting, Cables and Plastics and together employs approximately 400 persons.

This division is responsible for Engineering and Maintenance of all machines at all plants. HSE also falls under this division.
